Refund Policy:


Refund Process for (in-store returns):
For Tabby , Tamara , Creditcard and Mada Payment purchases returned in-store, refunds will be issued in cash only.

Refund Process for Tabby , Tamara , Creditcard and Mada Payment : The amount will be refunded to the Credit card (Visa, Master and AMEX) with which the payment was made. Usually, it takes around 7 to 14 working days, MADA refunds can take up to 14 Days (depending on the type of card and the bank) from our receipt of the product to our warehouse and ensures the safety of the Returned items and the packaging. 

Refund will be issued within 3 working days of receiving returned units* at our facility.

*Items must be returned in original packaging and price tags unused and excluding not eligible items

Return Policy:

We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 14 days of your purchase. Kiabi reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 14 day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.

A few exceptions...
  • In the interest of hygiene, earrings, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, cosmetics, socks, and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
  • No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday
  • Items must be returned unworn, unused and in the original packaging which also must be in a good condition.
  • Items purchased under bundle promotion such as Buy 1 Get 1 free should be returned back both together, otherwise the refund will not processed. In case not received together, the customer shall be charged an additional 25 SAR fee as shipping charges to either send the remaining item or receive back the returned one.
  • If you return non-returnable item or wrong items the package will be declined and you will be charged SAR 25 shipping fees and the item will be sent back to your address.
  •  For cash on delivery orders, returns can be made through Kiabi stores across the kingdom.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Free Returns via courier

For now, you can request a return through the Returns Center link on our website, a courier will contact you to return the items.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long do I have to return an item ?

You have 14 days from shipping or collection to return your purchase, provided it meets our return policy.

Returns can be processed through our return center or in-store with the original invoice.

Certain items, such as hygiene, earrings, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, cosmetics, and underwear are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.

If you've paid Cash on Delivery, you'll receive a voucher code or cash refund in-store.

VAT and shipping fees are not refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is confirmed, refunds will be processed accordingly.

Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card within 21 days.

Cash on Delivery payments can be refunded as a voucher code or in cash at a Kiabi store.

VAT refunds are provided with proof of purchase.
