Refund policy

Refund Policy for orders placed online:

Refund Process for picked up returns by our partner courier company: Refunds will be issued back to original payment method.

Usually, it takes around 7 to 14 working days, from our receipt of the product to our warehouse and ensures the safety of the Returned items and the packaging. 
Refund Process for (in-store returns): Purchases returned in-store, refunds will be issued back to original payment method.

Usually, it takes around 5-10 working days

*Items must be returned in original packaging and price tags unused and excluding not eligible items

Return Policy:

We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of your purchase. Kiabi reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 30 day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.

A few exceptions...

  • In the interest of hygiene, earrings, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, cosmetics, socks, and underwear may not be refunded. or exchanged at any time.
  • No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday
  • Items must be returned unworn, unused and in the original packaging which also must be in a good condition.
  • Items purchased under bundle promotion such as Buy 1 Get 1 free should be returned back both together, otherwise the refund will not processed. In case not received together, the customer shall be charged an additional 6 GEL fee as shipping charges to either send the remaining item or receive back the returned one.
  • If you return non-returnable item or wrong items the package will be declined and you will be charged GEL 6 shipping fees and the item will be sent back to your address.
